Disc rollers are mainly used as bottom subassemblies that support the belt. Specific design – rubber discs and steel spacer sleeves make them extremely durable. Owing to their design, our products are particularly recommended to users experiencing issues of material sticking to the rollers. Kopalmat’s offer includes models manufactured in accordance with the ATEX directive, which can be safely used in ex-zones 21 and 22. Therefore, we offer rollers with discs exhibiting flame-retardant and anti-electrostatic properties. In the event of conveying abrasive materials, it is possible to use polyurethane discs, which leads to improved service life associated with the abrasion of such materials. They are great in industries, where belts convey heavy products or materials. Owing to their high resistance to heavy-duty operation, they can be used in, among others, gravel pits or cement plants.
